Copyright & Takedown Requests

If you believe a listing or uploaded material infringes your rights, send us a notice through Support including: the work concerned, the exact URL, proof of ownership, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith. Verified notices are actioned promptly and repeat infringers are removed from the platform.

Anti-Fraud & Compliance

We apply identity verification (KYC) and transaction monitoring to prevent fraud, money laundering, and the sale of stolen assets. We may hold funds and request documentation where a transaction requires review, and we cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Picolance is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform whose assets may be listed. Trades must comply with the relevant platform's own terms; users are responsible for that compliance.
