1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Picolance ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Accounts must use accurate information, and identity verification (KYC) may be required before trading.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your password and one-time codes confidential.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
4. Listings
Sellers must own the digital assets they list and describe them truthfully, including monetization status, traffic, and history. Prohibited listings include stolen accounts, assets obtained through fraud, and anything that violates a third party's terms or Bangladeshi law.
5. Escrow & Payments
All trades pass through Picolance escrow. Buyer funds are held until delivery is confirmed or the inspection period ends. Platform fees and payment processing fees are shown before checkout and are non-refundable once an order completes.
6. Delivery & Inspection
Sellers must deliver within the stated time. Buyers must inspect and confirm or raise a dispute within the inspection window; otherwise funds are released automatically.
7. Disputes
Our support team reviews evidence from both parties and may refund, partially refund, or release funds. Decisions made by Picolance are final for on-platform transactions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Trading outside escrow or sharing off-platform contact details to avoid fees.
- Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or money laundering.
- Harassment, spam, or impersonation of staff.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with balances held pending investigation where required.
10. Disclaimer & Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Picolance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the related transaction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
